Bigger than an office move
An office move shifts one team from one floor to another. A corporate relocation can mean merging two branches into a new headquarters, opening a site in another emirate, or closing one location while another fills up. Several landlords may be involved, each with handover conditions, and the leases rarely end on convenient dates. Getting those dates in front of everyone early is half the work.
So we begin with a scoping conversation. Which sites are affected? What must move, what is being sold or donated, and what can be thrown away with a clear conscience? What has to be running on the first day, and what can follow a week later? The answers become a schedule that your leadership team can actually read.
A plan your whole company can follow
- One point of contact: your project lead speaks to one person from our side throughout, not a different voice each day.
- Phased schedule: departments and sites are moved in the order that suits the business.
- Clear inventory: items are listed and labelled by department and destination, which helps when assets are spread across several sites.
- Written scope: the quote sets out what is included per phase, so approvals are simpler.
Moving people, not only property
Staff worry about moves more than companies expect. They wonder where they will sit, how long their commute will be and whether their files are safe. A short briefing note helps a great deal, and we can supply practical details for it: how to pack a personal crate, when to leave desks clear, and what labels to look out for on the first morning. Directors' offices, board rooms and reception areas are the face of the business, so they can be scheduled to finish first or last, whichever suits your opening.
Between emirates and across sites
A relocation from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, or from Sharjah to Ras Al Khaimah, adds driving time, loading plans and overnight decisions. Since we work door to door across all seven emirates, the same crew plan can cover each site. Check with your building and landlord contacts at every address about access rules and permitted working hours, then share the replies with us so the plan reflects reality.
Departing premises matter too. Tell us what the landlord expects at handover, and we will include furniture removal and the clearing of leftover items in the scope where needed. A relocation is a balancing act between keeping the business running and getting everyone settled. We are happy to carry the heavy end of it.
