Residential Moving in Dubai & the UAE

Residential Moving in Dubai & the UAE

Your Home Moves. Your Weekend Survives.

Moving flats in a tower is a small military operation, with lift slots, loading bays and a landlord waiting for the keys. We plan it with you so that it feels more like a busy day than a crisis. By evening, your bed is built and your kettle is working.

What you get

  • Planned around your service-lift booking
  • Beds rebuilt first, so you sleep tonight
  • Fittings bagged and labelled, never loose
  • Sofas and screens wrapped before leaving
  • Studios to family flats, all emirates

Tower living has its own rules

A move out of a high-rise apartment is really a puzzle about one lift. Most towers ask residents to book the service lift and arrange a move permit, and the details vary, so check with your building management early. Once you know your window, we build the day around it: the crew arrives ready, furniture is wrapped before it reaches the corridor, and the truck is parked and waiting where your building allows.

That planning matters most during the end-of-tenancy rush, when half your building seems to be leaving in the same week. If your lease ends soon, tell us early, even if the new address is not settled yet. It is easier to adjust a plan than to invent one on the last day.

Studios, family flats and everything in between

A studio can be a neat half-day job, while a three-bedroom flat with children and years of accumulated toys is a different story. We ask real questions before we quote. How many wardrobes need taking apart? Is there a washing machine to disconnect from the wall? Does the sofa only fit through the door if you tilt it and hold your breath? These small answers make the written quote honest and make the day run smoother.

  • Bedrooms: beds and wardrobes dismantled, fittings bagged and labelled, so no screw goes missing.
  • Kitchen: crockery wrapped piece by piece, and open food left for you to sort.
  • Living room: sofas covered, television screens given their own protection.
  • Balcony: plants and furniture included, if you remember to tell us about them.

Moving day with kids, pets and a landlord

Our advice is simple. Keep one bag for tonight with chargers, medicines, documents, a change of clothes and the children's favourite toy. Send pets to a friend for the day if you can, since doors stand open and strangers carry large objects past them.

Before you hand back the keys, take a slow walk through every empty room. You will probably find something behind a door. Our crew will also check cupboards and balconies before leaving, but nobody knows your home as well as you do.

Arriving at the other end

Whether you are going across the street in Dubai or across the country to Ras Al Khaimah, we deliver door to door. Boxes land in the right rooms, beds are rebuilt first, and the rest goes where you point. Sleep comes first, and arranging the bookshelf can wait.

Questions about this service

How early should I book before my lease ends?

As early as you can, especially at the end of the month when many leases finish together. Even if your dates are not final, a quick message lets us start planning with you.

Will you disconnect my washing machine?

Tell us about your appliances when you ask for a quote, including any that are plumbed in. We will tell you clearly what the crew can handle and whether you should bring in a technician.

Can you move me from Dubai to another emirate?

Yes, we move door to door across all seven emirates. Share both addresses and your preferred date, and the quote will reflect the journey and any building arrangements at each end.
