Retail & Showroom Moving in Dubai & the UAE

New Showroom, Same Shine, Less Downtime

Customers judge your shop in about the time it takes to walk in. A scratched counter or a half-empty display works against you all day. We move retail spaces with the shop floor in mind, not only the truck.

What you get

  • Glass and mirrors wrapped piece by piece
  • Fixtures labelled by section, rebuilt to plan
  • Stock numbered by category for restocking
  • After-hours work planned around mall rules
  • Packaging removed before your doors open

Your shop floor is your sales pitch

Moving a retail space is not the same as moving an office. Everything customers see has a job to do, from the glass shelves to the lighting rails and the mannequin nobody wants to carry. When you move, those things need to reach the new site looking as good as they did in the old one, and landing in the right order so your team can dress the floor quickly.

We start with your new layout and work backward. Which fixtures are coming with you, and which are staying with the old landlord? What is built-in, and what can be dismantled? Where will the stock go until the shelves are up? Getting those answers first saves a lot of expensive standing around on the night.

Delicate fixtures and valuable stock

  • Glass and mirrors: shelves, counters and display cases wrapped individually, with corner protection, and carried on edge.
  • Display fixtures: gondolas, racks and slatwall panels taken apart, labelled by section and rebuilt to plan.
  • Showroom pieces: furniture, car accessories, lighting and sample stock wrapped with the finish in mind, not just the weight.
  • Stock: cartoned, numbered and listed by category, so your staff can restock the floor without reopening everything.

Please keep cash, high-value stock and sales records under your own control. Your staff should move those themselves, or supervise them directly, and your own insurer can advise you about any special arrangements.

Malls, closing times and access

A mall move runs on the mall's rules. Shopping centres usually control the loading bays, goods lifts, contractor access and permitted working hours, and many expect work to happen after trading ends. Speak to your mall management early, and share what they require at both the old unit and the new one. High-street shops have other challenges, like parking for the truck on a busy road and neighbours who still need access to their doors.

Timing often depends on your last sale at one unit and first sale at the next. A close-at-night, open-next-morning plan is sometimes possible for a smaller shop, while a large showroom may need a staged move over several evenings. We will tell you frankly which one suits your size.

Opening day

The aim is a space your staff can walk into and start dressing, with fixtures level, counters in place and stock near where it belongs. We check the layout with your manager before we go, and take away packaging so your shop does not open with cartons at the door. In Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman or any other emirate, you get a clear written quote first. After that, you get back to selling, which is the part you are good at.

Questions about this service

Can you move our shop after the mall closes?

Yes, after-hours work is common for retail. Your mall management controls access and loading rules, so speak to them early and share the details with us.

Can you take apart our display fixtures?

Generally, yes, if they were designed to come apart. Send photos and your layout, and we will label each section so the rebuild matches your plan.

Can you help us restock the floor?

We can place cartons close to where they belong, numbered by category, so your team can restock quickly. Tell us if you want extra help, and we will include it in the quote.
