What services do you offer?
We pack and move homes, from apartments to villas, with careful handling and proper wrapping materials. We also dismantle and reassemble furniture, and we run door-to-door moves across all seven emirates.
How do I get a quote?
Call or message us on WhatsApp with both addresses, your preferred date and a list or photos of what is moving. We will send you a clear written quote before work begins.
What affects the price of a move?
The main factors are how much you are moving, the distance, access at both homes and how much packing and dismantling you need. Your date can matter too. The written quote sets out what you are paying for, so there is no guessing.
How early should I book my move?
As soon as you know your date. The end-of-tenancy rush can get busy, and your building may need time to arrange a permit or lift booking. Booking early simply gives you more choice.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes, we use wrapping materials to protect furniture and cartons for smaller items. Tell us what you would like packed, and your written quote will show what is included.
Will you dismantle and reassemble my furniture?
Yes. Beds, wardrobes and other large pieces can be taken apart, wrapped and put back together in your new home. Mention them when you ask for a quote so we can plan for them.
Do you move between emirates?
Yes, we do door-to-door moves across all seven emirates. Send us both addresses and your preferred date, and we will plan the drive and the loading to match.
Do I need a building permit or a service lift booking?
Many buildings have their own arrangements, and they differ from place to place. Check with your building management at both homes as early as you can. Share what they tell you, and we will plan the day around it.
Can you store my furniture between homes?
If your new home is not ready yet, tell us when you ask for a quote. We will let you know what can be arranged for your dates, and anything agreed will be confirmed on your written quote.
What if I need to change my booking?
Plans change, especially with handover dates. Tell us as soon as you can, and we will check the new date and let you know if anything in your quote needs updating.
How do I pay?
The payment details are confirmed on your quote, so you will know what to expect before work begins. If you have a question about them, ask us by phone or WhatsApp.
Can I move at the weekend?
Tell us the day you want and we will confirm availability when we send your quote. Some buildings have their own rules about move days, so check with your building management too.
