Packing is the part that decides everything
Trouble on moving day usually starts the night before, in a box filled at midnight, with a mug rolling around next to a picture frame. That is why we treat packing as the main event and not a chore to rush through before the truck arrives. Each room gets its own plan, its own materials and its own labels, so nothing is left to luck or to a tired guess.
Fragile things go first and get the most attention. Glasses are wrapped one at a time. Plates travel standing on edge, the way they survive best. Mirrors and frames get corner protection and stiff backing. Sofas and mattresses go into covers that keep out dust and scuffs on the way down the service lift.
What the crew brings to your door
- Cartons in sensible sizes: small for books, larger for bedding, so no box becomes too heavy to carry safely.
- Wrapping materials: paper, bubble wrap, blankets and tape for the shape of each item.
- Tools for dismantling: beds and wardrobes come apart here and go back together there.
- A labelling system: room and contents on every carton, so unpacking does not turn into a treasure hunt.
How the day runs
It starts with a conversation. Tell us what you have by phone or WhatsApp, or walk us through it, and we send you a written quote that states what is included. Then we sort the practical side with you: asking your building management about the move-in permit and the service-lift booking, and choosing a time that avoids the worst of the summer heat for anything sensitive.
On the day, the crew packs room by room, loads the heavy pieces low and the delicate ones where nothing can lean on them, and drives door to door to any of the seven emirates. At the other end, each box goes straight to the room written on its side. Furniture is reassembled, and you decide where the sofa really belongs.
Half packed already? That works too
Some people want everything done for them. Others are happy to box their own books and clothes, and only want help with the kitchen and the glassware. Tell us where you want to draw the line and we will quote for exactly that. A good move is a matter of balance, and only you know how much of this you actually want to do yourself.
